We had a fantastic Christmas feast of turkey with all the trimmings, everyone had a great time. Mom decorated the table with all of her beautiful Waterford crystal and grandma’s china…it was wonderful!

We hope you and your family had a great Christmas also!

My two nieces made out like bandits this Christmas with gifts galore, and they’re just so cute to watch when they opened gifts! Mom got both of them costumes…Aria got a Sleeping Beauty outfit and Gianna got a Tinkerbell outfit complete with wings! They also got magic wands, I got turned into a tiger, a frog and a Christmas tree by the wands, lol.
Here’s some shots of my two nieces…
Cinderella…

And Cinderella’s glittery feet by the end of the night….
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care…..(mom hand made all of these, my stocking and my brother’s stocking are as old as we are, and I’m talking at least 33 years!!!)

My sister in law and brother taking pictures of the girls opening gifts….

Tinkerbell was flitting around the house….most of the time ribbitting like a frog…

Tink doesn’t stay in one place for long before flying off somewhere else….

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas yesterday. I spent today resting (hurt my back last night, ouch!) and editing photos from the big day. I did start to put some of my decorations at my house away…we don’t decorate too much because of our two huge dogs. We do a table-top tree so that it’s out of the way of Gunther’s long tail and so that Duchess won’t pick ornaments off and eat them. So…it’s relatively easy to put the stuff away here. My parent’s house on the other hand looks like something out of Better Homes and Gardens, mom really goes all out when she decorates!
This year my mom finally changed her Christmas tree. It used to be all teddy bears. It was really cute but the teddy bear theme was getting a little old. So we talked her into doing a Disney themed tree!
Here’s one of the ornaments she hand-made……she saw these similar ornaments at Disney World but they were not cheap, so she sat down and made some herself.

And a few others on the tree that she purchased…
